Product description of BD767 wearing resistant super high temperature repair epoxy ceramic bead agent putty compound:

Two-component,inorganic bonding material.the A component is white(or light red) powder(125g),
the B component is translucent liquid(125g) Temperature resistance can reach to 1200 degree.Used in the defect filling 
and bonding of metal and ceramic under high temperature,also used in repairing of high temperature equipment 
like blast furnace lining,metal solution temperature measuring probe and so on,the joint should be designed for 
the socket or mosaic structure during bonding.

How to use of BD767 super high temperature abrasion wear resistant ceramic repair agent epoxy putty:
Mixing weight ratio: 
Can adjust it between A:B=1 : 1.5 and A:B=1.5 : 1 according to the requirements.
Curing condition:
cure at room temperature for 2~4 hours,and heat it up to the temperature of 60~80 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours,then heat it up to the temperature of 150 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours,after that cool it down to the room temperature slowly.
Operation time limit: 20~30 minutes.
Note:
Curing strength is low at the room temperature,if there is no heating measures,the curing time at the room temperature 

is at least 5-7 days before using,although in strict accordance with the curing condition,place it for 2~4 hours at the room temperature first,then heat up to the temperature of 60~80 degree slowly and keep this temperature for 2 hours,after that heat up to the temperature of  150 degree slowly and keep this temperature for 2 hours,then cool it down to the room temperature slowly.If the production rhythm 
is allowed,try to place a long time at the room temperature for heating,it helps to reduce the generation of porosity.
Avoid direct heating or too fast heating speed,the cooling speed can’t also be too fast,had better use furnace cooling.
If the condition is allowed,can separately heat up the A component to remove a small amount of water that 
can absorb before using.
